We Look Forward To Meeting You!

Welcome! Below you will find some brief information as to what to anticipate when you visit Wesleyan for the first time, but if a question has not been addressed please feel free to utilize the contact us button. We want your first Sunday with us to be as comfortable as possible.

Atmosphere

Plan to be loved extravagantly. We are a very loving congregation that wants to get to know you and your family.  We begin serving hot coffee and fresh donuts by 8:30 each Sunday.  We do have guest parking in front of the church and we hope you will use these spaces to make your first few Sundays easy with us.  There is parking all around the square and on the side streets as well.

Family Friendly

We understand that in today's society family looks different than tradition.  Therefore, regardless of your family dynamics, we are here to walk along side you and your family beginning on your first Sunday at Wesleyan.  Should you care for infants and toddlers, you are welcome to have them meet our nursery team where they will be loved on while you worship and if you choose to stay for Sunday school, they will be cared for until your class dismisses.  Children that stay in the sanctuary during worship are encouraged to pickup a red activities folder and marker box on the table inside the sanctuary on the right hand side.  They will also have a special time during worship, where we will have a children's message for them.  We want your entire family to feel welcomed and loved at Wesleyan.

Sermon

Our sermons are all based on the infallible word of God.  We have a place within our bulletin where you can put points, action points and other notes you have throughout the sermon.  Most sermons have many places where the word of God is quoted and spoke about, should you forget your Bible, Bibles are located in the bottom of each chair for your use.

Biblical Teaching

Here at Wesleyan Methodist Church of Crockett, we place a high priority on the preaching and teaching of God's Word. The worship service is a time for us to come together as a community to learn, be encouraged and to be challenged by God's Word. Other opportunities exist beyond the Sunday worship service where members have a chance to grow, fellowship, or otherwise be a part of a Church family that lives out their faith together.
